Office and Operations Assistant

We're looking for a practical, organised and proactive individual to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly. This role blends administrative duties with hands-on operational work, it is ideal for someone who enjoys both desk tasks and being up and about getting things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support operational needs such as logistics, setup and on-site arrangements
- Manage petty cash and assist with simple financial tracking
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports as needed
- Provide general support to ensure the team and office function efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, operations or office support
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation)
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and following through on tasks
- Responsible and reliable
