Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Assist Managers in developing and implementing sales plans.
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with buyers, and retail clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to wholesale markets, and retail outlets
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Cross-Functional Support

  • Liaise with production, logistics, and processing departments to align supply with demand and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events.
  • Provide support in inventory and production planning discussions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach, supervise , motivate, train and guide field sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Assist the Manager in assigning territories, setting goals, and evaluating performance.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Track customer orders, receivables, and sales pipeline performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to prepare sales forecast, recommend pricing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Business or relevant, and own transport.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role for 2 years.
  • Senior role is available based on experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
