A. Front Desk & Customer Service
· Greet and attend to all visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and courteously.
· Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms.
· Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
B. Office Management & Support
· Monitor attendance records, visitor logs, and access control documentation.
· Assist in arranging staff travel bookings, accommodation, and claims.
· Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, refreshments, and events.
· Ensure office facilities are maintained in good condition and report any issues promptly.
C. General & Ad-Hoc Duties
· Assist HR or Admin department in employee engagement or company activities.
· Support M&E site teams in documentation or material submission when required.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by superior or management.
Qualifications:
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Experience in construction, M&E, or engineering company is an added advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
