Key Responsibilities:

Accountability:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Process quotation, invoices, payments, and staff claim.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in yearly budgeting.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary as required.
  • Manage payroll processing.

Human Resources:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave, and attendance.
  • Assist in the administration of staff training and development programs.
  • Handle HR-related documentation (employment contracts, warning letters).
  • Support in the implementation and administration of company policies and SOPs.
  • Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or HR administration.
  • Familiarity with Autocount Software or other local accounting software is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
