About the role

We are seeking a full-time Shop & Webstore Assistant to join our dynamic team at TT OUTDOOR SDN. BHD. in George Town, Penang. This role is critical in supporting the smooth running of our retail store and online webstore, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their in-store and online purchases
  • Maintaining the visual presentation and organisation of the retail store, ensuring a welcoming and appealing environment
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
  • Restocking and replenishing store inventory as needed
  • Assisting with the administration and fulfilment of online orders
  • Actively participating in stock takes and inventory management
  • Contributing ideas to improve store operations and the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the outdoor/sportswear industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
  • A keen interest in outdoor activities and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
