Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of Vacant Possession (VP) handover exercises, including documentation, scheduling, and purchaser communication.
  • Handle purchasers' inquiries, complaints, and defect reports professionally and follow up with the relevant contractors for timely rectification.
  • Monitor and verify building maintenance activities, including cleaning, security, M&E systems, and landscape maintenance.
  • Work closely with the appointed Property Management Company (PMC) to ensure proper upkeep and smooth daily operations of the development.
  • Support the Property Manager in reviewing maintenance contracts, service reports, and contractor performance.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on outstanding maintenance fee collections from purchasers.
  • Maintain proper records of defects, correspondences, and operational documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and updates for management review and coordination with other departments such as Project, Finance, and Sales & Credit.
  • Support the process of forming the Joint Management Body (JMB) and ensure compliance with relevant property management regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Building Services, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a developer environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with purchasers and contractors.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with property management systems (e.g., E-Community).
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
