  • Oversee and drive distributor performance.
  • Improve distribution coverage and in-store execution.
  • Lead and coach the East Malaysia sales team.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years FMCG sales experience (East Malaysia market preferred).
  • Proven distributor and team-management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the region.
