As a Sales Assistant at Tai Ohm Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Administration functions. This position involves a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare and process sales orders, packing list and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
