DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for ensuing timely and accurate processing of all trade and non-trade payable., compliance with eInvoicing requirements, and supporting month-end closing and audit activities. The role requires attention to detail, effective reconcilication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth financial operations. This role will be reporting directly to Senior Finance Manager.

As the Finance Executive, you will :

• To carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliatios
• Carry out twice a month vendor reconciliation
• Verify eInvoice received at myInvois portal
• Ensure that all the AP (Trade & non-trade) are capture accurately and on time In accounting book
• Posting of Stock In Transit journal after vendor reconciliation
• Posting of GRNI journal after vendor reconciliation
• Issuing marketing non-trade Invoice (standalone Invoice)
• Issuing self-billing (eInvoice) for cross border transactions & vendor rebate
• Input customs declaration number at Vendor Invoice In NetSuite
• Verification of staff claim (from Finance perspective)
• Back up for finance team while team member on leaves
• Assisting with month end tasks as sey In month end timetables
• Assisting with External/Internal audits
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks assisgned by Senior Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Finance Executive :
 

• This role require skills of effective communication, problem solving skills and advance excel skills.
• This role requires a meticulous person, focusing on delivering quality of work. ability to show Initiative, can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and ability to challenge the status quo and assist with process Improvement. 
• This role requires a mininum of 3 years of experience In handling Account Payable taks
• Preferable a good team player and cultural fit person
