Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team at Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring the quality of mobile devices—primarily smartphones—while working closely with the service team to meet customer expectations and service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Device Diagnosis & Repair

  2. Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones (Android/iOS).

  3. Disassemble, replace parts, and reassemble devices with precision.

  4. Quality Control

  5. Conduct final testing to ensure devices meet company repair standards.

  6. Complete necessary QC documentation and system updates.

  7. Inventory & Parts Handling

  8. Request and manage spare parts required for repairs.

  9. Report parts usage and condition accurately.

  10. Customer Service Support

  11. Liaise with CS team regarding repair timelines and updates.

  12. Ensure all repaired units are returned in excellent working condition.

  13. Reporting & Compliance

  14. Keep accurate repair logs and adhere to SOPs.

  15. Support periodic audits and maintain workstation cleanliness.


Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in Electronics / IT / relevant technical field

  • Experience in mobile phone or electronics repair is an advantage

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills

  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply


Working Hours

  • 6 working days: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Off Day : will be arrange by manager
