Job Requirements:

  • Preferably candidates from Sabah with estate working experience in Peninsular

Malaysia.

  • Based in Kuala Ketil, Kedah.

  • Willing to travel and conduct audit visits to subsidiary estates in Kinabatangan 2–3

times a year.

  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Must be able to ride a motorbike.

  • Able to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Must own a WhatsApp-enabled phone.

Work Responsibilities:

Estate Field Operations

-Manage and maintain estate roads, culverts, and bridges.

  • Supervise workers' spraying program.

  • Plan and oversee FFB harvesting, pruning, weighing, and record-keeping.

  • Manage replanting and immature oil palm fields.

  • Assist in budget planning.

Reporting & Records

  • Prepare Muster Chit reports (contractors, harvesters, transporters, workers).

-Submit daily FFB harvesting and clearance reports.

Estate Operation Programs

  • Nursery management.

  • Fertilizer and spraying program.

  • Workshop and machinery records

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure estate operations comply with MSPO 2.0 standards.

Improvement Projects

  • Participate in estate development and improvement initiatives.
