Senior Digital Marketer

Location: Kuching (On-site)
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Digital Marketer to lead and execute digital initiatives that support product visibility and business growth. This role focuses on managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and guiding content strategy for our computer hardware, software, and IT accessory products.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to increase business leads
- Oversee paid media campaigns with focus on Meta/Facebook Ads
- Plan, launch, and scale digital activities aligned with company objectives
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, targeting, and creatives
- Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with Multimedia and Design teams to guide visual and content quality
- Ensure consistency in messaging for product-related materials
- Suggest improvements to landing content and presentation flow
- Conduct basic competitor and market trend analysis
- Understand product categories and translate technical info into clear value points
- Recommend new digital opportunities to support business presence
- Mentor junior marketing roles (if applicable)
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams on promotional priorities
- Ensure timely execution across multiple campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferably performance-focused)
- Strong Meta/Facebook Ads knowledge
- Solid analytical and reporting capabilities
- Familiar with ad creatives evaluation and audience segmentation
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Familiarity with tech product marketing is an advantage
- Leadership or team coordination experience preferred
