Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to assist in the administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records upon the completion of each hire.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions.
  • Manage interview/assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager.
  • Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, networking events, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation when needed.
  • Support HR department in relevant or ad hoc HR activities.

Your Ingredients

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Enthusiastic about learning in the talent acquisition space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude.
