About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at the URBAN SPORTS & REHAB CENTRE' in Mount Austin, Johor. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our diverse clientele, helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs and develop personalised treatment plans
  2. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise programmes, and the use of modalities, to promote healing and functional improvement
  3. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care
  4. Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their long-term health and wellness
  5. Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards
  6. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the physiotherapy services offered by the clinic

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting
  3. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of the latest physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively assess and treat a diverse range of medical conditions
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  6. Commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  7. Proficiency in the local language and English, both written and verbal
