Key Responsibilities:
- Follow SOPs: Ensure all kitchen activities adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for consistency and quality.
- Prepare & Cook: Execute recipes and prepare dishes according to our established standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep kitchen and seating areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized in line with health and safety standards.
- Maximize Resources: Use raw materials efficiently to minimize waste and ensure optimal inventory management.
- Proper Storage: Store prepared and semi-prepared ingredients according to food safety guidelines to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
- Work Discipline: Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: At least a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: A passion for food, dedication to quality, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
