  • One year or above in relevant field

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant course

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Malay and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleague from HQ.)

Job Description

  1. Lead the factory to handle customer complaints/process abnormalities/quality abnormalities, confirm and track abnormal problems to be effectively solved and prevent recurrence

  2. OQC (Out Box Quality Control)/OBA (Out of Box Audit), unboxing and random inspection of products to be shipped to ensure that the quality + quantity inspection meets the requirements

  3. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), monitors the quality of process operations to ensure qualified production quality

  4. QSM (Quality system management), manages and supervises ISO9001, FDA/RBA and other quality management systems to ensure the normal operation of the quality system

Other Requirements

  1. Priority will be given to those with work experience related to ISO9001, PMTA and other quality system management

  2. Experience in mastering PQA/OQC/IPQC/QSM workflow is preferred

  3. Have excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, proficient oral English, and strong written expression skills (choose either English or Mandarin)

  4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure

  5. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
