This is a full-time, remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities will include developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
  • Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as ATS and job boards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
