Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are issued promptly and accurately, and provided to suppliers according to lead times.
  • Match invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs), and submit to Finance on time.
  • Ensure all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) are executed promptly and efficiently.
  • Track and monitor all PRs, POs, and rejection rates.
  • Ensure timely deliveries of all orders.
  • Execute tender and Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedures.
  • Handle import and export processes in compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Buyer/Purchaser.
  • At least 1 years of experience within the Supply Chain function.
  • Prior experience in the F&B sector is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is required (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software for reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory planning systems or ERP software.
  • High level of work competency, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
