About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and enhance the quality management function for a well-established manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement, quality compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement quality assurance programs, product quality standards, and inspection plans in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure alignment with quality standards and the company's Quality Management System.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure documentation compliance for ISO / IATF certifications and customer audits.
  • Maintain and revise all relevant quality documentation and procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to established quality standards, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and administrative records supporting the QA system.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and process efficiency across departments.
  • Undertake additional quality-related projects or tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 5 years in quality management within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of ISO / IATF quality systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience in LEAN Manufacturing or Kaizen implementation is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
