We're Hiring: Business Development Executive

Territories Available: Central | North | South | East Coast | East Malaysia

Do you have the hustle of a sales champion and a passion for growth? We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive to spearhead our market presence across Malaysia.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of our brand in your territory:

  • Grow Sales
    : Manage and grow existing accounts while hunting for new opportunities with vets, pet shops, hypermarkets & more.
  • Win Clients
    : Negotiate, present, and convert prospects into long-term partners.
  • Market Expansion
    : Identify new leads using social media, AI tools, CRM, and your own networking skills.
  • Account Management
    : Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure their success with our products.
  • Drive Promotions
    : Collaborate on in-store displays, events, and trade promotions that create excitement.
  • Educate & Train
    : Share product knowledge with retailers and vet staff (training will be provided).
  • Market Insights
    : Study trends, competitor activities, and deliver actionable feedback.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
    : Use our in-house CRM & SQL platforms to plan, forecast, and report effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Min 5 years' experience
     as a sales rep in veterinary, pharmaceutical, biomedical, pediatric, or nutraceutical industries.
  • Bilingual skills
     in Bahasa Melayu & English (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • A 
    self-motivated, success-driven achiever
     with a winning attitude.
  • Proven 
    negotiation and selling skills
     with vets, clinics, or pet business owners.
  • Comfortable using 
    CRM, SQL, social media & AI tools
     to find leads and close deals.
  • Own transport + valid driving license, and willingness to travel within your territory.
