About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team at Bajun Asset Management Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall strategic goals of the organisation. This is a full-time position based in our modern offices in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers, including advising on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit procedures
  • Developing and implementing effective talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent
  • Administering and maintaining HR systems, records and documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address organisational development needs
  • Organising and delivering HR-related training and development programmes
  • Providing support and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary issues

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry
  • Strong background in employee relations, talent management and organisational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
