Social Media Executive/Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Chinese social media platforms, including Weibo, WeChat, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Bilibili. You will be responsible for content strategy, community engagement, cross-department coordination, and data-driven optimization to strengthen our brand influence in the Chinese market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation management and content updates of the company's social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).
  • Based on the company's brand positioning and product characteristics, formulate social media operation strategies and content planning to enhance brand awareness and influence.
  • Responsible for editing and publishing various marketing and promotion copywriting. Enrich social media content and increase user engagement and fan activity.
  • Responsible for the company's online AMA to enhance brand influence.
  • Assist the company to conduct market research, collect and analyze competing products and industry-related data, and provide a basis for formulating operational strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, journalism, English and other related majors are preferred.
  • Familiar with the blockchain and Bitcoin industry, and experience in crypto exchanges is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in social media operations. Applicants with successful operation cases will be given priority. Those who are good at Twitter operations will be given priority.
  • Chinese and English can be used as working languages.
  • Be proficient in operating major social media platforms and have good copywriting skills.
