Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for developing and optimizing SOP documents.
  2. Responsible for the training and assessment of warehouse keepers.
  3. Responsible for daily work arrangement and attendance management of warehouse keepers.
  4. Track the progress and completion of group tasks to ensure daily clearing and closing.
  5. Provide daily feedback and handle abnormal situations at the worksite.
  6. Assist the supervisor in achieving team performance indicators and in analyzing and rectifying any abnormal indicators.
  7. Maintain 5S standards within the assigned area to ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
  8. Organize identification and signage for designated areas according to visual management requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Education: SPM to Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse keeper
  • Basic knowledge of materials handling and warehouse management
  • Proficient in commonly used office software, WMS systems, SAP software, and OA systems
  • Familiar with warehouse receiving, shipping, and storage processes
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for communication with clients
