Job Requirements:

  • Execute paid ad campaigns for medium-large clients, primarily in e-commerce.
  • Execute paid lead-gen ad campaigns.
  • Manage paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
  • Utilise analytical skills to evaluate performance data and propose intelligent next steps.
  • Implement A/B tests and optimizations to achieve client KPIs promptly.
  • Develop campaign and budget plans across funnels and channels based on client ROI.
  • Collaborate with our creative and web development teams to propose new media buying, website optimisation, content, and email marketing strategies.
  • Research trends and competitor insights for growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the internal team on client goals and discuss next action steps.
  • Communicate clearly and develop transparent relationships with clients for optimum results.

Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage our clients' brands and function as experts in paid media strategies aligned with client goals. Working closely with our internal team and clients, you'll oversee tasks from onboarding and data analytics to campaign strategizing, ad funnels, and budget planning. Ultimately, your role is to translate our actions into conversion, sales, and customer growth for our clients.
