Key Responsibilities:

Finance Business Partner:

  • Act as the finance subject matter expert (SME) for Group Risk, CEO Office, and Corporate Affairs, providing financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical support.
  • Engage in business partnering with senior stakeholders, offering strategic financial advice and support to drive decision-making.

Performance Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present monthly financials and reporting, delivering key insights and metrics pertinent to Risk, CEO Office, and Corporate Affairs.
  • Own monthly performance reporting for these functions; deliver clear insights on variances, run-rate, and outlook, including staff and non-staff costs.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Optimisation

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Coordinate headcount planning and non-staff cost optimisation across functions.

Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems related to Risk, CEO Office, and Corporate Affairs.
  • Develop and maintain standardised dashboards and MI packs for stakeholders, enabling transparent performance management and proactive course-correction.

Core Competences Required:

  • Business Partnering: Engage credibly with senior stakeholders (e.g., Chief Risk Officer, Head of Corporate Affairs, Chief of Staff) and influence decisions.
  • Governance & Controls: Strong understanding of financial policies, procurement, contracts, and intercompany frameworks.

Requirements

  • minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or cost management o Proven background in FP&A, cost management or finance business partnering for corporate functions (risk/compliance, executive office, communications).
  • Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations; comfortable with senior executive exposure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/finance systems (e.g. Coupa / Oracle); experience with BI tools preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to frame investment cases and measure value realization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft concise executive‑ready materials.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Preferably CA or CPA qualified.
