Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct soldering training in line with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001).
  • Deliver hands-on training for SMT, THT, and hand soldering.
  • Develop training modules, materials, and assessment tools.
  • Evaluate and certify operators according to IPC requirements.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • IPC Certified Trainer (CIT) or Specialist (CIS) in relevant IPC standards.
  • Diploma , certificate or SPM
  • Solid experience in soldering (electronics/PCB assembly) it's a MUST .
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
