Technical Product Lead

We are seeking a hands-on technical builder to own the execution and delivery of our core cryptocurrency product. The high-level vision is set by our founders; your mission is to make it a reality.

You will be the crucial bridge between the strategic vision and the engineering team, not by writing documents, but by writing code, architecting systems, and leading from the front. This role is for a crypto-native engineer who possesses the product mindset to make key technical decisions that directly shape the user experience. If you are a strong engineer who thinks like a product manager and gets energized by building and shipping, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Technical Execution: Act as a primary contributor and technical leader within the engineering team. You will be deeply involved in coding, smart contract development, and system architecture, ensuring we build a robust and scalable Web3 application.
• Product-Focused Development: Translate the founder's vision into a tangible technical roadmap and detailed feature specifications. Your deep technical insight will directly influence product decisions, ensuring they are feasible, efficient, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Ship High-Quality Product: Own the end-to-end delivery of product features—from technical design and development to testing and deployment. You are obsessed with shipping a polished, secure, and high-performance product.
• Systematic Problem Solving: Apply your strong academic and systematic thinking to deconstruct complex problems, research optimal solutions (e.g., Layer2 scaling, cross-chain logic, gas optimization), and implement the most elegant technical solution.
• Crypto-Native Implementation: Ensure the product embodies core Web3 principles. You will directly work on and oversee integrations for wallet connection, transaction flows, gas mechanisms, and interactions with major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, etc.).

Who You Are (The Must-Haves):

• A Builder First and Foremost: You are a strong software engineer with a proven track record of building and shipping Web3 or crypto applications. Your primary identity is as a hands-on coder. You have a strong portfolio (GitHub) to prove it.
• Deep Technical & Academic Chops: You have a strong background in Computer Science (a Master's or PhD is highly preferred). You can not only discuss but also implement complex systems, smart contracts, and algorithms.
• Autodidact & Systematic Engineer: You have an exceptional self-learning capability. You quickly master new technologies, protocols, and codebases without hand-holding. Your thinking and code are structured, clean, and well-reasoned.
• Product-Minded Engineer: You don't just code to spec. You constantly think about the "why," the user's perspective, and the business impact. You articulate technical trade-offs in terms of product outcomes.
• Exceptional Communicator: You can clearly elaborate your technical ideas and decisions to the rest of the engineering team and founders, providing clear technical leadership through your work and your words.

Technical Skills We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in core Web3 tech stacks (e.g., Solidity, Rust, , , etc.).
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and interaction logic (wallets, transactions, gas).
• Familiarity with major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, BSC, Base, Arbitrum) and their developer tools.
• Experience with full-stack development is a major plus.
