Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and manage network devices and systems including:
  • Cisco routers and firewalls
  • Level 1-3 switches (including QoS switches)
  • Bluecoat bandwidth management appliances
  • Sangfor AIM, Peplink Link Load Balancer
  • Wireless networks, LAN/WAN, VOIP, GPON networks
  • Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of network systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Perform regular system and security updates to ensure optimal network security.
  • Handle network-related support requests, incidents, and problem resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical network problems and develop permanent solutions.
  • Manage a network infrastructure supporting 500–1000 nodes across multiple business units.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with the design and planning of future network architecture to support business growth and technology upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, or similar.
  • Experience with GPON, Bluecoat appliances, and bandwidth optimization tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
