About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team at POE MANUFACTURING SDN.BHD. in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards and quality of our manufacturing processes and products. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to kick-start their career in the manufacturing industry.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to identify and address any issues or non-conformities
- Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to monitor product quality and production processes
- Analysing data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance best practices
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and quality management methodologies
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
- Familiarity with quality management tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control
- We are looking for mandarin speaker candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment
