Overview
This role serves as the financial backbone for regional operations across Southeast Asia, overseeing financial governance, reporting, and control for large-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with listed company experience, adept at managing complex reporting structures and ensuring transparency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Project Costing & Construction Finance

  • Lead budgeting and cost tracking for utility-scale solar projects

  • Forecast expenditures across procurement and construction phases

  • Implement cost control frameworks and support investment reviews

  • Cash flow & Treasury

  • Manage multi-project cash flow forecasts and working capital needs

  • Coordinate with banks on funding, guarantees, and FX hedging strategies

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Deliver monthly financials, project P&Ls, and cash flow dashboards

  • Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance across jurisdictions

  • Liaise with auditors on both project-level and corporate matters

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to align financial strategy with execution

  • Support regional finance leadership and present performance insights to senior stakeholders

Requirement

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
  • 8+ years in financial management, reporting, and project finance
  • Proven experience in construction finance and treasury operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
