Job Description: Pre-Assembly Process Intern

Position Overview:

Support the pre-assembly process by assisting with wafer inspection, data collection, and accurate data entry. Help manage material flow and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform wafer inspections and collect relevant process data.
  • Enter and maintain data accurately using Excel.
  • Manage material withdrawal for daily EE lot runs to support production schedules.
  • Analyze collected data and compile assembly reports for review.
  • Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
  • Manage material inventory to ensure traceability and availability.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Develop skills in quality inspection and data management.
  • Gain experience in inventory control and material handling.
  • Learn to apply 5S principles to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Enhance analytical skills through data analysis and reporting.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Physics / Chemistry or any related field.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
