Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production operators or technicians.
  • Ensure production schedules and targets are met with consistent product quality.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide on-the-job guidance, and enforce discipline when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct line checks, quality spot checks, and report any non-conformance or abnormalities.
  • Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and attendance logs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to increase efficiency or reduce waste.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in a supervisory or senior operator role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Salary Range: MYR3,500 - MYR7,000
