Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Execution: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive voicebot and chatbot solutions tailored to business requirements. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient development, optimization, and deployment.
  • Team Management: Build and manage a localized product delivery team in Malaysia, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.
  • Project Delivery: Drive the successful and timely execution of projects within Malaysia and across regions. Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Operations & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve operational challenges in the Malaysian market. Conduct data-driven analyses to improve local delivery workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Cross-Regional Coordination: Serve as the key communication bridge between the Malaysia team and headquarters, ensuring clear understanding of product goals, requirements, and HQ strategies.
  • Product Optimization: Evaluate local operational data and user feedback to improve product quality, identify issues, and propose optimization initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with global product, technical, and operations teams to support key projects and localization efforts.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Train and guide the Malaysian team on product knowledge, processes, and best practices to maintain alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in chatbot/voicebot script design, process development, project management, or related functions.
  • 2–3 years of experience in team leadership with proven people management and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) applications is an advantage.

  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure; thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and business ethics.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian and Southeast Asian market dynamics (preferred).
