About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Prestige Sports You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness and supporting marketing campaigns for our lifestyle and sports brands — including Lotto, Teva, Diadora, and A7. If you love all things marketing and have an eye for creativity, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and retail platforms.
  • Develop creative content for social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store marketing events.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as posters, banners, and digital creatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure results and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand growth.
  • Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event activations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
