Intern - SEO Marketing

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about learning on Search Engine Optimization Content and support the SEO Team in all SEO content-related work. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role reports to SEO Manager, and focuses on broadening our vital keyword and other search engine relationships. (Content optimization, keywords optimization and etc).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create fashion forward content and grow the ZALORA Malaysia Magazine
• Responsible for the on-site optimization for our company websites while making sure that changes made are adhering to SEO best practices
• Performs regular SEO Keyword Research on Google Adwords & Ahrefs to generate content and optimize existing content
• Studying of new and creative SEO techniques to keep abreast of latest SEO trends and information
• Keep aligned and work with other teams such as Campaign, Onsite, PR, CRM and Social Media 
• Occasionally attends to Bahasa Malaysia translation requests from other departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly proficient in written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Passion in writing, Search Engine Optimization and internet marketing
• Good organization and project management skills
• General understanding of and interest in online marketing channels and e-commerce 
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Team player, and also an independent, initiated individual with the drive to learn a variety of tasks
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision however training will be provided
