Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Engineering and Execution

• Lead and support project planning, documentation, and quality control for engineering deliverables.

• Develop detailed design documents including system architecture, wiring, control panel drawings, and DCS configurations.

• Conduct feasibility studies and provide engineering consultation during front-end design stages.

• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT), ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Supervise commissioning activities, troubleshoot control systems, and prepare as-built documentation for project closure.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and assistants.
 

2. Technical Specialist – Remote Operation Centre (ROC) Projects

• Act as subject-matter expert in remote operation solutions, collaborating with Sales to pursue ROC opportunities.

• Review customer RFQs and define technical scope, roadmap, and execution plans for ROC projects.

• Lead technical discussions with internal teams and third-party vendors to develop integrated ROC solutions. 

• Identify project risks, propose mitigations, and ensure timely and successful project implementation.

• Align ROC program objectives with company strategy and customer expectations.
 

3. Sales Presentation and Proposal Support

• Support Sales in preparing customer presentations and proposal documents with accurate technical inputs.

• Develop and maintain standardized templates, case studies, and demo materials.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to consolidate proposal content.

• Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and proposal tracking for performance analysis.

• Contribute to enhancing proposal quality, response time, and overall win rate.
