About the role
We are a leading direct selling company committed to empowering individuals and delivering high-quality products to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join us. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Department for creating visually striking and impactful designs that support our marketing communications and branding initiatives. This is a full-time position based in our Puchong, Selangor office.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce a wide range of design assets, including digital and print marketing materials, social media graphics, brand collaterals, and more
- Ensure design consistency and alignment with the company's brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
- Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance our marketing strategies
What we're looking for
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Creative, proactive, and a strong team player
- Experience in direct selling industry is a plus
- Proficient in Mandarin (both verbal and written)
