About the Role

Lapandekar Catering — under FNR GLOBAL GROUP SDN. BHD. — is looking for a Content Creator who is not only creative but also understands how to drive engagement and build community through compelling content. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced online, especially across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts with consistent posting schedules
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of food, services, and event setups
  • Write creative captions aligned with the brand's tone and marketing strategy
  • Optimize content for SEO and maximize engagement across digital platforms
  • Research the latest market trends and analyze content performance
  • Collaborate with the teams for campaign and shoot planning
  • Corporate Communication - assist communication efforts, media releases and brand campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing design such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and website content

What We're Looking For
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital storytelling
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Knowledge in SEO, social media algorithms, and digital content trends is a plus
  • Able to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Passion for food, F&B marketing, and event-based content is a plus
