Job Summary:

The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior concepts for Bilabila Mart outlets and corporate spaces. This role ensures that every store reflects Bilabila's brand identity, enhances customer experience, and meets operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative and functional retail layouts for new stores, renovations, and visual updates.
  • Develop 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, and mood boards that align with the brand's image.
  • Source and select materials, fixtures, and furnishings that meet cost and quality standards.
  • Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the Project team to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are executed accurately.
  • Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and presentation materials for management approval.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety, building codes, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to maintain brand consistency across stores.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior or retail design.
  • Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong creative sense with attention to detail and practicality.
  • Good project management and communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel for site visits or store openings.
