About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join the finance team at GREEN WELLNESS (M) SDN BHD' in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential accounting support to the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including account payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining the general ledger
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as required
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Generate, submit, and reconcile e-invoices as per statutory compliance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using SQL Accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
