Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on recruitment-related matters.
  • Manage recruitment timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring stakeholders are regularly updated.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract top passive talent.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience sourcing and assessing technical talent; familiarity with niche technical roles and frontline sales/customer-facing positions is an added advantage.
  • Strong skills in offer negotiation, knowledge of employment legislation, and awareness of market trends.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
