Role Description

The Project Executive will oversee and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project schedules, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring work progress to ensure quality and compliance, and resolving project-related issues. The role requires maintaining effective communication and providing updates on project status. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, offering an opportunity to contribute significantly to urban transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Project management and organizational skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and compliance requirements, especially in property development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and team members.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges during project execution.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, software, and systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the property development or construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage tasks efficiently.
