Job Requirements

  • Conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries.
  • Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings.
  • Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements. and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state.
  • Creating business change request documents into flowcharts or functional specifications.
  • Acts as liaison between Business and Development team, as assigned.
  • Participates in application testing, implementation and training. activities (where required).
  • Communicates effectively through different mediums at all levels.
  • Based on the need of the project, support internal and external relationships with business partners and suppliers as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive experience or equivalent.
  • The ability to work well in a team, as well as individually.
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
