Job Summary

  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures and standard of work in accordance to Quality Management System, safety, health and governmental regulatory.
  • To ensure consistently high standard of quality control and inspection with regard to Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
  • To inspect the work as it progresses to confirm it is on specification and per drawing.
  • To make sure all material are available and delivered on time and in accordance to specification.
  • To conduct pre-handling over inspection of the particular project with the contractor to identify any defective or left out item to be completed before the CPC inspection by the SO.
  • To attend site meetings, NSC meeting and Site safety meetings and update info in regard the works.
  • To have full knowledge of all site activities at all times and aware of what should be progressing over the next few days and weeks.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of high rise residential project experience is a MUST.
  • Able to work whenever the need arises and during under-pressure situations with time constrains.
  • Every Saturday work 8am - 12pm.
  • Able to lead and liaise with consultants, contractors and site workers.
  • Full time position.
  • Site location Serdang Site
