Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for both new and existing UHP gas purification systems.

  • Select and size mechanical components to ensure system performance, safety, and compliance with design specifications.

  • Generate 3D models, detailed drawings, design procedures, and related documentation to support system development and production.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and control subsystems, ensuring seamless system functionality.

  • Perform simulations, stress analysis, and performance evaluations to verify mechanical integrity, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Document and validate design calculations and technical analyses to support engineering decisions and design verification.

  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and test records for internal and external review.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure that all components and assemblies meet quality and design standards.

  • Support prototype assembly and testing activities, providing technical input and troubleshooting during validation stages.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree.

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in related.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to analyze data

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, especially BOMs, routings, and documentation.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and processes.

  • Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization

  • Prior internship and work experience a plus

  • SolidWorks 3D CAD and 2D Drawing Experience

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability

  • Draftsight/AutoCAD 2D CAD experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
