Accounts and Admin Executive

Key responsibilities
- Accounting:
- Manage a full set of accounts, including the general ledger and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Assist with audits, payroll, and e-invoicing.
- Administration:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate office activities.
- Support management by compiling data and liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Required skills and qualities
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and software.
- Good computer skills, including experience with programs like Excel and Word.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle both financial and administrative duties efficiently.
- Have experience in Autocount or SQl is added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
