Our organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil & Structural (CS) Engineer to join our professional team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our engineering, design, and project implementation activities. Candidates with a consultant background are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and validate civil and structural designs, calculations, and drawings in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with local authorities' regulations, industry codes, and best practices.
  • Conduct structural assessments, technical evaluations, and site inspections, providing clear and accurate recommendations.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to facilitate timely project progress.
  • Address technical issues, propose solutions, and support project managers throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Prepare and compile engineering reports, submissions, and related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, preferably recognized by BEM.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, ideally within a consulting engineering environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in structural design principles, engineering analysis, and the use of relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple assignments with professionalism.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
