We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Assistant to support our factory operations in managing product stock, production coordination, and inventory flow.

This role works closely with the purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure that all raw materials and finished goods are prepared accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and follow up on product stock and replenishment schedules
  • Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams for raw material procurement and delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
  • Update product records, production reports, and stock databases
  • Support the team with product data management, quotations, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail and accountability
  • Good command of English and Malay (spoken & written)
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Filtering, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production coordination is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with strong learning and organizational skills are welcome to apply

  • Salary Range: RM1700 – RM2500 per month
  • Reports To: Product Manager / Factory Supervisor
