About the role

INO Nature Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic relationships and new income streams, primarily with government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with government agencies, associations, and strategic partners in the agriculture industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within these target groups.
  • Present and drive new initiatives to strategic partners in accordance with company direction, positioning our offerings effectively.
  • Plan and assist in business development workshops and marketing events (including exhibitions, seminars, sponsorship events, and roadshows) to promote awareness and education.
  • Research and analyze potential viable new income streams, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of company products and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including in the retail market.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably with a focus on the government sector or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively research and assess new ventures.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
