RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan, Organize and implement a comprehensive system (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure all electrical installations of the plants facilities or buildings such as fire-fighting systems (including all fire Fighting pump room), sewerage systems ( including Hi Kleen system pump room), building maintenance and perform any related duties required by superiors / management are well maintained at all time.

2. To manage and handle 11KV & 415KV electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and trouble – shooting of switchgears, switchboards, transformer and other related system (high tension room & low tension room) in order to comply with the Suruhanjaya Tenaga Electrical Supply Act and Regulation.

3. To ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to the planned schedule and act quickly on any issues.

4. To monitor, record and analysis daily plant electrical & water consumption.

5. Reporting to the Manager, immediate Superior on the work progress, quality of technical works and other operational matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1 Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with BO Charge man Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

2 At least 5 years of working experience in the factory/manufacturing environment or building maintenance will be an added advantage.

3 Possess strong troubleshooting skill, leadership skill and able to work with minimum supervision.

4 Must be able to attend all M&E Breakdown and Emergency cases on weekend and public holidays.

5 Able to work on shift (if necessary)

6 Good command of written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English. Preferably Chinese (Mandarin) speaking & writing.
